這是今天在employee of a day 看到的小故事, 是公司的另外一個部門director 分享他在公司的最深刻的印象: 我覺得好可愛, 這也是我愛這家公司的原因:

I had only been with XXXXX ( 公司名) for a few months and reserved a room at the San Diego Convention Center at the 2001 XXXX tradeshowfor a meeting with Comverse.
I walked into the room first. There were two people wearing suits seated at a table in the middle of a rather large room talking. One of them had his back to me, and I couldn’t see his face. My meeting with Comverse was already late getting started, and I said loudly, “Excuse me, but I have this room reserved.”
The person who had his back to me slowly turned around, and it was XXXX ( 公司創辦人) . The XXXX ( 公司名) people behind me suddenly stopped and backed out leaving me standing alone at the doorway.
I then said (not so loudly), “Oh I’m sorry. I didn’t realize it was you. I can find another room.” XXXX (公司創辦人) replied, “No, I didn’t reserve the room. It’s yours. We’ll be out in a second.”
That really showed me what sort of person XXXX ( 公司創辦人) is. Several days later people started to spin the story into something like, “I heard XXX (作者) kicked XXX ( 公司創辦人) out of a meeting!”
